Class Visits to Richhill Library

The Class Visits programme is designed to reflect the development of language and literacy skills as detailed in the Northern Ireland Primary Curriculum and to encourage reading for personal pleasure.

The programme offers Primary 4 a series of three visits.

Visits include:

• a general introduction to the library and its resources with information on fiction texts

• opportunities to independently select books and explore resources with specific reference to non-fiction texts

• fun activities and further information on the Summer Reading Scheme

Second Visit - Non Fiction Texts

Third Visit - Animals/Zoo Animals/Environment
