  • PARIS : Day 2

    Wed 01 Jun 2016

Well done to Mrs Logan for organising P 1-3 Sports Day - it looked fantastic.

We had a great day here in Paris, we were up early to go to Aquaboulevard!! What a waterpark the slides were fantastic! We then headed to McDonalds for lunch, well everyone is allowed a Mickey D's on holiday, and then off to see the Mona Lisa at the Louvre. What a fantastic museum - it was absolutely huge. We wereand  privileged to get a close up of the Mona Lisa, all the little red caps were allowed to walk right to the front, and she did keep her eyes on us as we passed! Unfortunately the River Seine boat cruise was postponed tonight as water levels were so high the boats couldn't fit under the bridges but we did get to take a sightseeing walk through Paris tonight. Highlights were Notre Dame cathedral, the Pompidou centre, the Champs E'lysee, souvenir shops etc. just back to hotel thoroughly wrecked but ready to hit Euro Disney tomorrow!!
