  • Mullen Cup Football Competition!

    Fri 11 May 2018

Well done to our boys’ football team who finished off their season in great form by making the quarter finals of the Mullen Cup, an invitational tournament for the best performing teams all season.

The boys saw off Edenderry 1-0 in the opening game of the group and followed it up with another convincing win over Millington in the second. Despite losing their third game against a strong Drumgor side, we qualified for the quarter finals in second place.

Having taken an early 1-0 lead against Mullavilly, the boys ended up going down 2-1 at the final whistle. Every one of the boys played fantastically well in very testing conditions! Well done to all on a very enjoyable season.

Squad: Carson Jennett, James Beattie, Jake Elliott, Adam Megaw ©, Luke Crawford, Joel Coert, Jack McKee
