NSPCC Numbers Day
As part of the NSPCC Numbers Day, P6/7C used a learning tool called Activ Maths to develop their numeracy skills whilst on the computers. Through different games and puzzles, the class had to use their prior mathematical knowledge to complete the activities. The whole class enjoyed learning about the NSPCC Numbers Day, both in assembly and on the computers.
Viking Research
As part of their 'World Around Us' topic on Vikings, P6C used the computers in school to gain information about Viking longboats. The use of ICT allowed them to develop their IT skills by safely using the internet to search for information and transcribe it into a word document for their research.
