Farm Safety Visit

On Thursday 7th September, the pupils of P5G visited Richhill Library for a farm safety awareness talk. We saw a display model where we identified possible dangers on the farm and we thought of how we could prevent accidents from happening. We each received some goodies, including a reflective vest. Take a look at some photographs of our visit.

"Apple Week" visit to the Palace Stables

On Friday 27th October, both Primary Five classes visited the Palace Stables in Armagh for the annual "Apple Week". We have been learning a little bit about apples as part of our "Where I Live" topic in World Around Us. Everyone had great fun listening to the talk about apples, making apple crafts and making apple potato bread and apple juice with some very interesting historical figures. Take a look at some of the photographs from our visit.
