Afternoon class Christmas party fun! We played musical statues, musical chairs, Simon says, had party food, then showed off our talents with an impromptu talent show, suggested by the children themselves! We also had a birthday boy!

We have been learning about what happens when we post a letter: we visited the post office to post some very important letters! Watch out for the post man everyone!
We had a brilliant day at College Farm, with some lovely Christmas craft, Christmas singing, buns, outdoor play and even a visit from Santa! Thank you so much to the mums and granny who came with us to help! And thank you to Mrs Murphy, Mrs McKinney and all the ladies in College Farm for such a lovely visit.
We really enjoyed our first Shared Education session with our new friends with College Farm Nursery school.
We enjoyed our 90th anniversary celebrations in school: we saw the tree that was planted 90 years ago, and the tree that was planted today. We played some tradtional circle games under the trees. We loved the birthday cake, and even sang happy birthday to school!
