Christmas Jumper Day 2021! 🎅 🎄 ☃️
KaleidaCam fun!😁 P6S headed to the Hardy Forest this afternoon and collected some debris from the forest floor. The boys and girls then created patterns on coloured card and used the fantastic KaleidaCam app to create some amazing patterns!
Viking Nappy Experiment! 🧪 👩🔬 P6S had great fun investigating the absorbency properties of three different types of nappy. Which came out on top, Pampers, SuperValu or Sphagnum Moss as used by the Vikings?
Tessellation Madness!! P6S working away on their tessellating patterns which they created using the ‘PART to TRAP’ method. 😮👏🏼

After learning about Viking Runes last week, two of our pupils went home and carved their names into wood using the Runic alphabet, just like the Vikings would have! 👏🏼

Drama Queens (and Kings!) - P6S worked in small groups today to reenact a scene from their new novel, ‘Friend or Foe’. They worked together to rework a short script and perform it in front of their classmates. The standard was SO good! 👏🏼 🎭
