In ICT this term we are designing newspapers to reflect the plight of the Irish people during the Potato Famine in 1847. We have included job opportunities that could  be featured at the time. We have also sourced advertisements for products such as' Bird's Crystal Jelly' and 'Dr. Mountebank Smelling Salts'. We researched articles of that era to get information on how families struggled to find food to feed themselves.
