Celebration Day

We were able to celebrate and share our experience of Shared Education with family and friends at an event at Armagh City Hotel on Tuesday 24th April. Fun with Drums showcased the work completed with us during the programme. Parents even had an opportunity to get involved! 

Launch of the Collaboration through Sharing in Education Project.

Hardy Memorial and St Patrick's were invited to showcase their shared learning at the Market Place Theatre in Armagh. We had Amanda from 'Fun with Drums' leading the children in their drumming. The pupils were excellent representatives for Hardy Memorial. They had brilliant rhythm and their concentration was amazing. Shared Education- Day 3

Pupils had a fantastic day at the recreation centre with a visit from Ian Patterson. He talked about some birds of prey, answered our questions and gave us an opportunity to get close to the birds. Look at the fantastic pictures! 

Shared Education- Day 2

Today, P3LC visited St Patrick's PS for a Fun with Drums session and an exciting STEM lesson which allowed pupils to make their very own hovercraft. P3C completed a Sentinus session on Flight which gave pupils an opportunity to make their own helicopter and rocket. It was a great opportunity for pupils to explore a new school and to develop friendships.

Shared Education

On Tuesday 20th February, Primary 3 pupils from Hardy Memorial and St Patrick's had their first session in Richhill Recreation Centre. Pupils had a brilliant day playing the different instruments with James from 'Fun with Drums' and playing a range of ice breaker games. The children (and staff) are very excited about the future sessions!
