Pupil Council 2024-2025
Meet the our newly elected Pupil Council members for 2024/2025 🏫 ✏️ ⭐
This term, the Pupil Council has made significant strides in enhancing our school community.
- They successfully elected a new chairperson and secretary, ensuring strong leadership for the year ahead.
- The council reviewed the targets set in previous years, reflecting on successes and areas for improvement.
- They then outlined new goals aimed at fostering a positive school environment and addressing student needs (e.g. new playground markings).
- In addition, discussions were held regarding necessary changes within the school, highlighting the importance of student input in decision-making.
- The council also collaborated on the Remembrance Service and prepared a presentation for the upcoming open night, showcasing their commitment to honoring tradition while engaging with prospective students and families.
Remembrance Day - Our Pupil Council members took part in a meaningful act of remembrance. Ben and Darcey recited heartfelt poems that honored those who served and sacrificed, while Phoebe and Theo respectfully laid a wreath on behalf of all staff and pupils. We are proud of these young leaders for representing our school community with such dignity and respect on this important occasion. #RemembranceDay

Open Night Presentation: Our pupil council worked very hard to create a presentation that show cased our wonderful school at Open Night.
Random Act of Kindness: As a council we have been thinking about Emotional Health and Wellbeing, we created a ‘Random Act of Kindness’ section on our display board where children (and staff) can take a post it note, complete the act of kindness and then replace it with a new one.
