AMAZING INVENTIONS- ‘THE INTERNET’.

As part of our Literacy topic about Amazing Inventions, P7H looked at the invention of the internet. We worked in groups to discuss and note the positive and negative effects that it has on the world today. After using buzzers (fastest finger first) to highlight the points discussed everyone had to make a decision about the statement ‘The Internet Has Made The World A Better Place’. The pupils then had to move to different parts of the room to show if they supported the statement. We were divided in our opinion but in the end the majority of children agreed with the statement.

INVENTIONS IN THE FOREST

We had an amazing time in the forest working on some transient art. We worked in groups to use materials found in the forest to make 2D or 3D art work of inventions from Victorian Times. Can you guess what our inventions are? After all our hard work we had some FUN!!

iPad Maths Games.

Some pupils practise their division skills as they try to defeat the robots in our maths game.
