Literacy/WAU/Forest School: A crazy week in P1, Cinderella lost her shoe… AGAIN! We made REWARD posters to help her find her shoe. Then The Fairy Godmother sent P1 a letter to Forest School, telling them she has misplaced her wand. P1 made wands, a then created a spell. We used Jus2easy to record our spells!

Literacy/WAU: We wrote letters to our families, walked to the Post Office in the village and bought a 2nd class stamp. 
 

Forest School/WAU/Literacy: Our new topic is ‘The Jolly Postman’, our first story was Goldilocks. We made porridge and wrote a recipe!

Literacy/WAU: We are back!! Our new topics is ‘Cold Lands’, we decided to take full advantage of the snow and ice and explore our playground. We recently found a New Report from the RTE, advising people to ‘waddle like penguins’ so that people didn’t fall and hurt themselves. We tried this today and then huddled together like penguins, discussing how the children on the outside would be cold and how the penguins swap in and out to keep warm. We had so much fun!
