🇳🇱 🇬🇧 A huge thank you to Mrs Devlin for taking our assembly this morning and sharing the inspiring story of her recent trip to Arnhem in the Netherlands. 

She took part in the remembrance parade honouring those who fought in the Battle of Arnhem in 1944, where three local men, including Albert E Smith whose portrait hangs in school, lost their lives. 

She also visited the Oosterbeek War Cemetery, where local children lovingly tend to the graves of fallen soldiers. A wonderful and moving lesson in respect and remembrance. ❤️
