Science Week - Making a Volcano - WAU Japan topic

P6G investigated chemical reactions as part of Science Week. We tested how the quantity of chemicals added affects the intensity of the reaction and created our very own volcanoes. We have been learning all about how Japan has a lot of active volcanoes as it is situated along the point where four tectonic plates meet. We thoroughly enjoyed this investigation and learnt that a chemical reaction relies on the correct volume of chemicals and its intensity is affected in turn.
