Term Three

The boys and girls enjoyed another fun day with their friends from College Farm Nursery school. We explored the African Djembe drums: we beat out our names, explored fast/slow and loud/soft, beat out our favourite foods and drummed along to various Nursery rhymes. When we had finished in the drumming circle, the boys and girls made their own drum to take home. We had some special visitors from Denmark as well who were very impressed with the children’s behaviour and enthusiasm.
