    All the boys and girls were treated to a fantastic array of talent this year! We had comedians as young as P1, gymnasts, dancers, drummers, poets, karate experts, singers etc. All boys and girls performed superbly and 3rd place went to Evie for her sock recital which was very funny! 2nd place went to Carson he really was a laugh a minute and 1st place to Marissa for an amazing gymnastic routine to a very popular tune - Will Griggs On Fire!! The choice of music was extremely popular with everyone. The school assembly hall was rocking to the beat🎤🎤

  • Hardy wins athletics competition!!

    Well done to our fantastic athletics team who entered the Markethill Athletics Olympics for the first time this year. P5,6 & 7 pupils competed in 100m, 200m, cross country, high jump, long jump and bean bag throw. The pupils received 14 first places and many 2nds and 3rds. They also won every relay bar one. It was an exceptional day's performance and was topped by receiving the overall athletics shield for 1st place!! Well done everyone!!
  • P4 Amma Centre Project

    Many thanks to all the parents, grandparents and friends who joined us today when Niall from the Amma Centre, Armagh showed the fantastic Digital Media project the Primary 4 pupils have been involved in.  The children have been working on the iPad project and have gained valuable skills when using a variety of iPad Apps.  They have been creative incorporating them into their World Around Us topic on World War 2.  The results were great.

    Well done to everyone who took part in today's Sports Day.   Thank you to everyone who came along to support our athletes and generously gave to this year's Sports Day Charity - Children's Heartbeat Trust.  A special mention to those 'brave' adults who took part in the parents' race - Radox Muscle soak works wonders for older limbs!!
  • All Set Parent Performance -P5

    Many thanks to all the parents, grandparents and friends who joined us today for our P5 performance. The children have been working for six weeks on a dance, music and song project with Mary and Ian from the All Set company. They thoroughly enjoyed the experience and learned a lot if new skills.
