  • ECO SCHOOLS GREEN FLAG AWARD!!!

    Fri 19 Jun 2020

Congratulations to Mrs Kennedy, Mrs Hill and our committed school Eco Committee who have been awarded for the second time the prestigious Eco-Schools Green Flag by the environmental charity Keep Northern Ireland Beautiful.

The Eco-Schools Programme is the world’s largest Environmental Education programme and aims to make environmental awareness and action an intrinsic part of the life and ethos of a school. Its participatory approach and combination of learning and action makes it an ideal way for schools to begin improving the environments of schools and their local communities.

Eco-Schools work through a simple seven-step process resulting in the programme becoming central to the school's ethos. Schools can choose from ten eco-topics ranging from litter and waste to energy, biodiversity and transport to name a few. The internationally recognised Green Flag is this highest award given to Eco-Schools and symbolises excellence in the field of environmental activity.

WELL DONE TO EVERYONE IN SCHOOL, YOU HAVE HELPED TOWARDS OUR SCHOOL RECEIVING THIS AWARD!!

** SCHOOLWEAR 2020 UPDATE FROM IVAN JAMESON**

As we await government guidance on our reopening date, we are now able to share some details of our plans for schoolwear this summer.

As usual, you can enjoy 10% OFF during the month of July, and our schoolwear club will be operating as normal, allowing you to spread the cost.

We have also been hard at work on ways to facilitate safe provision of services, taking into account the continuing need for social distancing.

There are 3 ways to get schoolwear, and you can find more information on our website, www.ivanjameson.com

    1. Come into store.
We look forward to welcoming you in store as soon as Government guidelines permit reopening. With a floor area exceeding 7000 sq ft we have plenty of space for you to shop safely while ensuring social distancing.

    2. Appointment.
You can book an appointment at a time that suits you to come in and get your uniform with the help of our expert staff. Go to https://ivanjameson.youcanbook.me/ to organise a time.

    3. Online booking.
Fill in a straightforward form on our website, and we'll be in contact to confirm the order and organise payment and collection. Again, https://ivanjameson.com/ is the place to go.

We're really thankful for your continual support through these strange times, and we're looking forward to seeing you soon. Stay safe!
