  As Primary 4 were presenting the weather forecast today as part of their WAU Weather and Climate topic a very special forecaster popped up in the Seesaw newsfeed.

   

  It was with great enthusiasm Mrs McClughan shared a video clip of Barra presenting the weather outside his house that inspired her to get her class to write a report and present their forecast.  She wanted to see all the budding forecasters while developing their presenting skills and having fun while creating their script.

   

  Enjoy having a look at the very special mention Barra Best sent Mrs McClughan's Primary 4.  A great double act!

• P7C St Patrick's Day Assembly

  We were all treated to some superb acting this morning as P7C told their version of St Patrick's Day story. They were brilliant and the pupils loved watching it. Well done to P7C an excellent assembly.

  Congratulations to our boys and girls who were recognised for their PERSEVERANCE.They enjoyed a Hot Chocolate and bun break with Mrs Anderson and felt very comfortable and at home in the staffroom!

  

• 5-a side winners!

  A huge congratulations to our boys who today were crowned joint winners of the Mid-Ulster 5-a side trophy. After qualifying from their group unbeaten, the boys performed fantastically well again today at the finals. With wins over Bocombra and Drumgor, we couldn’t be separated from Dickson at the top who also went home with a share of the trophy. Well done boys, you should be very proud! 

  

• Showcasing e- learning talent!

  Congratulations to Mrs McClughan and Mrs Smith (from St Patrick’s PS) who concluded presenting at a 3 day conference in E Learning in St Mary’s College Belfast.  They showcased the amazing work that is being done in both schools as part of Shared Education - using online learning to communicate. A huge thank you to both teachers for providing fabulous learning activities for their pupils and sharing them with others!
