Day 1 - Mr Smyths's Shannaghmore Group
Wed 20 Sep 2017All arrived safe and well - kids loving the weather!!! Our first activity was the Adventure Walk - crawling through mud filled tunnels, sliding down banks, walking rivers, negotiating waterfalls, etc!! And of course getting very very muddy and wet!! -
Day 3 - Shannaghmore
Wed 20 Sep 2017Good morning from Shannaghmore. Everyone slept well, we've had breakfast and we are heading out this morning to have a go on the high and low ropes courses. We have lots of dirty washing packed and ready to bring home, see you all soon! -

Tue 19 Sep 2017P6K have had another busy day of activities. Groups enjoyed wet bouldering in the sunshine at Bloody Bridge, paddling canoes around the island on Castlewellan Lake and abseiling and rock climbing. Have a look at more of our photos on our P6K class page. -

Meet our new Pupil Council & Eco Council!
Thu 14 Sep 2017Our Pupil Council and Eco Council were voted for and the pupils pictured below were presented with their badges this morning in Assembly by Naomi from Richhill Methodist Church. Well done to all our pupils - we have a busy year lined up!! -
A Royal letter to the Lucas Family!
Mon 04 Sep 2017Just when we all imagined lazy days in the Summer one Hardy Memorial PS family were hard at work composing letters with a Royal touch. Faith and Rosie Lucas decided it was time that Richhill Castle got its gates back. I'm sure you all know the story, the original gates to the castle are now at Hillsborough Castle and for a long time Richhill has been asking for them back.
Well done to Faith, Rosie and Jethro who visited the various locations, sent letters to the Queen and were lucky enough to receive a reply!! Have a read........

School Starts Back Wed 30th August!
Tue 29 Aug 2017School starts back for all P2 - 7 pupils on Wednesday 30th August. We trust everyone had a lovely summer and are now ready for all the fun and work of a new school term. See you all soon!
P1 parent interviews already timetabled.
REMINDER: No buses will be available on Wednesday 30th or Thursday 31st. Normal service will resume Friday 1st September.
Healthy breaks available from Wednesday 30th.
PLEASE NOTE: the school crossing patrol at Legacorry Park is no longer available as communicated in June. Please ensure all cars exercise extreme caution entering and leaving school gates.
